The offers were fair and realistic, with no bait and switch tactics. We haggled a little and he worked with us. Mike was timely but never pushy. No “The deal is only good for x days” scare tactics. Mike contacted me about helping with the estate property. We exchanged ideas on a plan to renovate the property. He explained an option to sell to their company and let them do the work. He explained the probable costs and their potential profit. I accepted their offer as being reasonable and also allowing me to pursue other estate closing work. Mike is honest and open. He seems to be a businessman trying to make a reasonable profit from his work. The closing went smoothly so I am a satisfied customer.

“Good As Sold Home Buyers, and Mike Qui specifically, has a very fair and honest approach. He stated that they would buy our house as is, and he meant it. The quote for the house was fair market value even though they had to clean up and repair a lot to get it ready for sale. The contract for the sale included the projected sale price following refurbishment. The point of that was that it also included stipulations that provided additional funds to us once he sold the house. This was a very pleasant surprise during the sale process and is what really made us believe that Mike was the right person to trust. And that trust was not misplaced. In our case, the market was very nice to us, the end sale price was much greater than projected and Mike was completely transparent about the process. We ended up with a substantial additional check once the resale went through. In the short time we have worked with Mike, I can say he is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have worked with. I wish I had a dozen more houses to sell.“
